Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners
• Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Collaborating with the product development team to understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services
• Preparing and delivering sales presentations and demos to potential clients
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas
• Providing ongoing support to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Create and publish social posts, blog posts, client case-studies
• Identify relevant trade shows, conferences that the company could attend
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of sales and marketing experience in the geospatial or technology industries
• Proficient English language skills, written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel
• (if remote) willingness to meet with the team from time to time

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads
• Experience with Website management (Wix, WordPress)

Flai develops a web-based application that automatically turns raw geospatial data into meaningful information. Point clouds, images, and satellite data are processed via advanced AI models – this complex work is done automatically on a scalable infrastructure which reduces time-to-process from months to days.
Our AI models are pretrained on multiple data sources and can be used for processing right away. Also, our solution enables additional training of AI models. All annotations done on the web application are automatically used to generate better results. Retraining the AI model greatly reduces the time and cost needed for quality control and manual edits.
