About the Role
We are looking for a technical sales representative to help increase the sales and awareness of the Flai products.
Responsibilities
search for new clients using multiple channels
gain the technical knowledge to explain product specifications and complex concepts to customers
organize and perform demonstrations of products and services
keep the Customer relationship management (CRM) system updated
analyze customer needs and report them to the product team
build and maintain relationships with clients through regular check-ins
work as part of a sales team, picking up and handing off different parts of the sales process as needed
oversee product installations and follow up with new prospects
assess and evaluate similar products on the market
answer easy technical support questions and transfer customers' issues to the development team
Requirements
experience in sales and customer support
previous experience in geospatial sectors and experience with geospatial data is a strong plus
self-organised individuals that can work independently
willing to travel to trade shows and conferences
proficient English language skills, written and spoken
(if remote) willingness to meet with the team from time to time
Nice to have
Hubspot, Zendesk, Confluence, Jira is an advantage
knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
experience in marketing and writing case studies

Flai is a spinoff company of Flycom Technologies, with headquarters in Ljubljana, Slovenia. We are developing a web platform through which our clients can automate key data processing steps in geospatial pipelines such as point cloud classification of LiDAR point clouds.
