About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer with a strong engineering background and proven commercial experience. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and sales.
You will ensure smooth customer onboarding, support technical evaluations of our AI solutions, assist with Linux-based deployments, and help customers successfully adopt and retrain FlaiNet models. You will also actively support the sales process by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping close deals through technical credibility.
This role offers strong growth potential and is ideal for a proactive, outspoken individual contributor who enjoys both technical problem-solving and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
Master Flai's products and solutions and stay up to date on improvements.
Own and drive customer onboarding to ensure successful adoption of Flai’s AI solutions.
Support customers during technical evaluations, pilots, and testing phases.
Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Flai CLI on Linux servers, both on-premises and in cloud environments.
Act as a trusted technical and commercial point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Support the sales process through technical demos, proofs-of-concept, and customer discussions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Help customers build, fine-tune, or retrain FlaiNet AI models using their own LiDAR and geospatial datasets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, through timely, professional, and high-quality interactions.
Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and R&D teams to relay customer feedback and improve the product.
Contribute to technical documentation, onboarding materials, and best practices.
Requirements
Engineering background in computer science, geospatial engineering, data science, or a related field.
Interest in AI, machine learning, and geospatial or 3D data (LiDAR, point clouds, remote sensing).
Proactive, outspoken, and comfortable communicating directly with customers, providing prompt and professional responses.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Able to work independently and take ownership of customer success.
Nice to have
Experience with LiDAR, point clouds, or GIS workflows.
Strong technical understanding of Linux systems and command-line tools.
Experience working with Python-based tools, AI workflows, or data processing pipelines.
Hands-on experience with machine learning model training or fine-tuning.
Experience supporting enterprise or government customers.
Familiarity with cloud and on-prem deployments, including air-gapped environments.
