About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Geospatial Solutions Associate to join our team and help deliver Flai's AI-powered geospatial solutions to customers worldwide.
In this entry-level role, you will work hands-on with Flai's tools and AI pipelines — processing client LiDAR and geospatial data, evaluating product quality, and supporting our business development and sales teams with demos, proof-of-concepts, and customer deliveries.
This is an ideal role for a proactive, curious individual who wants to grow into the geospatial AI industry. No deep technical expertise is required — just strong computer literacy, a willingness to learn, and the drive to take initiative.
Responsibilities
Process client geospatial data using Flai's AI-powered tools and processing pipelines.
Support business development and sales teams by preparing demos, proof-of-concepts, and sample deliveries using client data.
Evaluate and test Flai products hands-on, providing detailed feedback to the product and engineering teams.
Perform quality checks on AI-processed outputs and flag issues or improvement opportunities.
Help maintain and improve internal data processing workflows and documentation.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to relay insights from hands-on tool usage.
Assist with onboarding new customers by processing their initial datasets.
Requirements
Basic computer literacy and comfort working with digital tools and software.
Proficient English language skills, both written and spoken.
Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop new skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.
Attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
Background or education in geospatial science, GIS, geography, surveying, or engineering.
Familiarity with geospatial data formats (LiDAR, point clouds, remote sensing imagery).
Experience with GIS software (QGIS, ArcGIS, or similar).
Basic understanding of data processing or AI/ML concepts.
Experience with command-line tools, Python, or shell scripting.
Familiarity with agentic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and prompt-driven workflows.
